Welcome to Glasgow Eats. By downloading, installing, or using the Glasgow Eats mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Glasgow Eats provides a platform for customers to browse restaurant menus, place food orders, and earn loyalty rewards. You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
To place orders, you may create an account or order as a guest. When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate and current information. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Participating restaurants may offer loyalty rewards through the App. Points are earned on qualifying purchases and may be redeemed for reward items as specified by each restaurant. Reward programs, point values, and available rewards are determined by individual restaurants and may change at any time.
Glasgow Digital LLC, operating as Glasgow Eats, acts as a technology platform connecting customers with restaurants. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or accuracy of food prepared by restaurants. Each restaurant is an independent business responsible for its own food preparation, pricing, and customer service.

The App, including its design, logos, text, graphics, and software, is owned by Glasgow Digital LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our prior written consent.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glasgow Digital LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the App, including but not limited to food quality issues, order errors, or service disruptions.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Glasgow Digital LLC, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms in the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Barren County, Kentucky.
